A novel roof rainwater collection and storage and water purification system is characterized by comprising a solar panel power supply device, a waterproof electric blanket, an initial rain and snow water treatment device, a reservoir, a purification water tank, a water quality detection device I, a water quality detection device II and a controller, the waterproof electric blanket, the initial rain and snow water treatment device, the reservoir and the purified water tank are sequentially connected through a pipeline; the solar panel power supply device supplies power to the waterproof electric blanket, the first water quality detection device, the second water quality detection device, the controller, the initial rain and snow water treatment device and the purified water tank. The waterproof electric blanket is arranged on a roof, a water flow confluence groove is formed in the waterproof electric blanket, the confluence groove is formed in the waterproof electric blanket in the mode that the center point of the waterproof electric blanket serves as the center and is spirally wound around the center point, and water flow converges towards the outer side from the center of the waterproof electric blanket. The controller controls the initial rain and snow water treatment device to work according to water quality data detected by the first water quality detection device, and when the water quality is poor, the initial rain and snow water treatment device directly discharges rainwater and does not collect the rainwater into the reservoir; and the purified water tank purifies the water in the water storage tank, and then the purified water is used by a user. Therefore, according to the technical scheme, the automation degree is high, maintenance is convenient, rainwater is automatically purified, the rainwater utilization rate is increased, and energy conservation and environment protection are achieved.
