Dry wall formwork device and construction method
The invention provides a dry wall formwork device and a construction method. The dry wall formwork device comprises a plurality of connected steel formworks and joists. Wherein all the steel formworks are arranged on the outer side of a to-be-poured bare wall body, and every two adjacent steel formworks are connected through bolts; the bottom of each steel template is connected with the corresponding joist; the joist is anchored with the first concrete pouring layer through an embedded part; and different connecting parts of each steel template are respectively butted with a wood template on the inner side of the bare wall body to be poured through split bolts. After the joists are arranged on the first concrete pouring layer, the steel formworks are installed on the joists, the pouring quality of the dry wall is guaranteed, meanwhile, use of steel formwork materials is reduced, and the cost is reduced; and different steel formworks are connected through bolts, so that disassembly is facilitated, and cyclic utilization of the steel formworks can be achieved.
本发明提供了一种清水墙模板装置及施工方法,包括:若干相连接的钢模板和托梁;其中,各所述钢模板置于待浇筑清水墙体的外侧,相邻两个所述钢模板之间通过螺栓连接;每个所述钢模板的底部均与对应的所述托梁相连接;所述托梁通过预埋件与第一混凝土浇筑层相锚固;每个所述钢模板的不同连接部位分别通过对拉螺栓与所述待浇筑清水墙体内侧的木模板对接。本发明通过在第一混凝土浇筑层上设置托梁后,在其上安装钢模板,保证清水墙的浇筑质量的同时也减少钢模板材料的使用,降低成本;将不同钢模板之间通过螺栓连接,有利于拆卸,且可实现钢模板的循环利用。
