The invention provides a mortar half-replacement reinforcing method for retaining a masonry wall. The method comprises the following steps: pretreating a wall body; the single wall is divided into three to four construction sections from top to bottom according to the height of the wall; mortar removal is conducted on a wall body vertical seam in the first construction section and part of transverse seams close to the two sides of the vertical seam; flushing and wetting the part where the mortar is removed, and then injecting a reinforcing material; after the reinforced material reaches a certain strength, the mortar at the remaining part of the transverse joint in the first construction section is removed; washing and wetting the rest part of the transverse joint, and then injecting a reinforcing material; a first transverse support is arranged on the outer side of the first construction section; the other construction sections are constructed from top to bottom through the method; removing the temporary support, and carrying out pointing treatment; the method does not need to cover the outer wall surface of the original structure, can reduce the damage to the original style and appearance of the masonry wall to the maximum extent, and has the advantages of convenience in construction, high efficiency, economy, practicability and the like.
本发明提供一种保留砌体墙的砂浆半置换加固方法，通过对墙体进行预处理；根据墙体高度将单片墙体从上至下分为三到四个施工段；对第一个施工段内墙体竖缝和紧邻所述竖缝的两侧的部分横缝进行砂浆清除；对以上砂浆清除完毕的部位进行冲洗、润湿后注入加固材料；待加固材料达到一定强度后，再清除第一施工段内横缝剩余部位的砂浆；对横缝剩余部位进行冲洗、润湿，然后注入加固材料；在第一施工段的外侧设置第一道横向支撑；采用上述方法从上至下对其余施工段进行施工；拆除临时支撑，并进行勾缝处理；该方法不用覆盖原结构的外墙面，可最大限度地减小对砌体墙原有风貌的破坏，同时具有施工方便、效率高、经济实用等优势。
