The invention discloses a roller shutter head quick replacement mechanism which comprises a base, a main shaft, a transmission mechanism and a head cover, a limiting through hole is formed in the center of the base, a plurality of limiting parts buckled with the limiting through hole are arranged at the end of the main shaft along the center, and a plurality of limiting blocks matched with the limiting parts are arranged on the wall face of the limiting through hole. The limiting part comprises a first positioning block abutting against the limiting block in the reloading state and a second positioning block abutting against the limiting block in the locking state, the main shaft can move on the base in the length direction in the reloading state, and the main shaft penetrates through the transmission mechanism used for installing the bead curtain to be connected with the head cover. The limiting part of the main shaft is buckled with the base in a limiting mode, the transmission mechanism is moved out of the base through the main shaft in the using process, then a bead curtain pull rope is installed on the transmission mechanism, replacement and installation are quite easy and simple, and compared with a traditional roller shutter head, the installation cost is reduced, and meanwhile the installation efficiency is improved.
