A waste incineration sodium-based fly ash washing method comprises the following processes that fly ash is subjected to first-stage washing, a heavy solid phase, a light solid phase and a liquid phase are separated through first-stage washing, and mother liquor in second-stage washing is used as water in the first-stage washing; carrying out second-stage washing solid-liquid separation on a heavy solid phase in the first-stage washing wet slag, and carrying out second-stage washing separation on a solid phase and a liquid phase; mother liquor in the third-stage washing is used as water in the second-stage washing; the second-stage washing wet slag is subjected to third-stage washing solid-liquid separation, and the third-stage washing solid-liquid separation is carried out; fresh water is used in the third-stage water washing process; the inlet temperature of the fresh water is 37-46 DEG C, the ratio of the ash to the fresh water is greater than 1: 3, and the retention time of the washing process is greater than 30 minutes.
