The invention provides a fluorosilicone modified geopolymer oil-water amphiphobic surface layer material, which is prepared from the following ingredients in parts by weight: 80 to 115 parts of aluminosilicate mineral raw materials, 15 to 25 parts of modified silicone acrylic emulsion, 15 to 25 parts of fluorine-containing polymers, 55 to 70 parts of sodium silicate solution, 25 to 30 parts of solid caustic alkali, 10 to 20 parts of deionized water, 2 to 3 parts of organic fibers, 1.5 to 2 parts of grinding aids and 0.25 to 0.3 part of water reducing agents. And 0.1 to 0.2 part of a silane coupling agent. The invention also provides a preparation method of the surface layer material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparation of the organic alkali activator, preparation of geopolymer powder, preparation of a fiber-alkali activator mixed solution, preparation of fluorinated silicon dioxide, preparation of geopolymer slurry and maintenance of the geopolymer surface layer material. The surface layer material disclosed by the invention not only can effectively solve the problems of strong hydrophilicity and lipophilicity and easy invasion of water and oil, but also can ensure the mechanical strength of the structure, has good impact resistance, and can be applied to the fields of pontoon bridge pavements, cross-sea bridge surface protection, offshore oil platforms, buildings in extreme environments and the like.
本发明提供一种氟硅改性地聚合物油水双疏面层材料,按重量份计包括以下组分:硅铝酸盐矿物原料80‑115份,改性硅丙乳液15‑25份,含氟聚合物15‑25份,硅酸钠溶液55‑70份,固体苛性碱25‑30份,去离子水10‑20份,有机纤维2‑3份,助磨剂1.5‑2份,减水剂0.25‑0.3份,硅烷偶联剂0.1‑0.2份。本发明还提供上述面层材料的制备方法,包括有机碱激发剂的制备、地聚物粉料的制备、纤维‑碱激发剂混合溶液的制备、氟化二氧化硅的制备、地聚合物浆料的制备、地聚物面层材料养护。本发明的面层材料不仅可以有效解决亲水亲油性强、容易被水和油侵入的问题,还可以保证结构的机械强度、抗冲击性能好,可运用于舟桥路面、跨海大桥表面防护、海上石油平台、极限环境的建筑等领域。
