The invention relates to the technical field of continuous casting of steel and iron, in particular to a toughened zirconia ceramic tundish nozzle for continuous casting of slabs, blooms and rectangular blanks, which comprises a zirconia ceramic lining and a refractory jacket. The zirconia ceramic lining comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-60 parts of stabilized zirconia, 35-90 parts of monoclinic phase zirconia, 2-17 parts of alpha-Al2O3 micro powder, 1-11 parts of silicon carbide micro powder, 1-3 parts of boron nitride micro powder, 1-6 parts of magnesium oxide micro powder and 1-2 parts of yttrium oxide micro powder. The refractory material jacket comprises brown fused alumina, white corundum, a high-aluminum homogenized material or high-alumina bauxite, crystalline flake graphite, fused quartz granules, calcined alumina micro powder, metal silicon powder and phenolic resin. The tundish nozzle is long in service life, the service life of a tundish can be prolonged, the productivity/operation rate of a continuous casting machine can be improved, the molten steel yield can be improved, the quality of continuous casting billets can be improved, refractory material consumption of the tundish per ton of steel can be obviously reduced, and cost is saved.
本发明涉及钢铁连铸技术领域,尤其涉及板坯、大方坯及矩形坯连铸用增韧氧化锆陶瓷中间包水口,包括氧化锆陶瓷内衬和耐火材料外套;氧化锆陶瓷内衬,包括以下重量份的原料:稳定氧化锆10~60份、单斜相氧化锆35~90份、α‑Al2O3微粉2~17份、碳化硅微粉1~11份、氮化硼微粉1~3份、氧化镁微粉1~6份、氧化钇微粉1~2份;耐火材料外套,包括棕刚玉、白刚玉、高铝均化料或高铝矾土、鳞片石墨、熔融石英颗粒料、煅烧氧化铝微粉、金属硅粉、酚醛树脂。该中包水口的使用寿命长,不但可以提高中间包的使用寿命,提高连铸机产能/作业率,提高钢水收得率,改善连铸坯质量,还能够使得吨钢中间包耐火材料消耗明显下降,节约成本。
