The connecting direction of the rails is adjusted through the turnout rails (7) at the connecting positions of the out-of-tunnel rails (3) and the tunnel rails (6), and the excavator conveying platform (8) and the slag discharging vehicle (9) are conveyed on one tunnel rail (6). The problems of low deslagging efficiency, difficulty in entering and exiting of engineering machinery such as an excavator, high safety risk and the like in super-long inclination angle large tunnel anchor construction are effectively solved, deslagging transportation and entering and exiting of the engineering machinery such as the excavator, a down-the-hole drill and a wet spraying vehicle can be simultaneously met by only one track, the track is applicable to large and small section tunnel anchor construction, and the construction cost is reduced.
