The invention relates to a large cantilever flange steel box girder pre-assembling and hoisting construction method which comprises the following steps: temporarily supporting and mounting a steel box girder section by adopting a bracket method, and carrying out mounting operation of a steel cantilever on a steel box girder bridge floor; mounting and debugging a steel cantilever hoisting stabilizing bracket on the bridge deck of the steel box girder; the welding operation platform is hung below the first section of steel cantilever, the first sliding crown block is controlled to slide towards the outer side of the steel box girder, and meanwhile the second sliding crown block is controlled to move towards the other side to balance the load of the steel cantilever; the welding operation of the steel cantilever is carried out; and the connection between the first sliding crown block and the steel cantilever is relieved, and hoisting welding of the next section of the steel cantilever is conducted. The hoisting device has the beneficial effects that the first sliding crown block used for hoisting the steel cantilever section and the second sliding crown block used for hoisting the saddle weight are connected with the crown block track in a sliding mode, the influence of the environment on hoisting operation can be effectively avoided, and meanwhile the safety and efficiency of the hoisting operation are guaranteed; the welding operation platform relying on the sliding of the steel cantilever and the steel box girder ensures the safety of welding operation personnel.
