The invention relates to the technical field of indoor steel pipe pile construction, and discloses an indoor steel pipe pile construction method which comprises the steps that an indoor foundation is explored, and the position of a pile hole is determined according to the exploration result; a plurality of pile sections are sequentially implanted into the pile holes, and the height of the pile sections is smaller than the indoor height; after each pile section is implanted into the pile hole, static pressure treatment is conducted on the pile section, and concrete is poured into the pile section after static pressure treatment; in the process that the multiple pile sections are sequentially implanted into the pile holes, the adjacent pile sections are sequentially welded, so that the multiple pile sections form a steel pipe pile; the steel pipe pile is subjected to pressure stabilizing treatment; and after the pressure stabilizing treatment reaches a preset condition, pre-stress pile sealing is conducted on the steel pipe pile. The method has the beneficial effects that the situation that the steel pipe pile is too long and cannot enter a room can be avoided, meanwhile, the adjacent pile sections are welded, so that the overall structural strength and structural rigidity of the steel pipe pile are improved, and the steel pipe pile can play a bearing role.
本发明涉及室内钢管桩施工技术领域,公开一种室内的钢管桩施工方法,包括:对室内的地基进行勘探,根据勘探结果确定桩孔的位置;将多段桩节依次植入所述桩孔,所述桩节的高度小于所述室内的高度;在每根所述桩节植入所述桩孔后,对该所述桩节进行静压处理,并在静压处理后向该所述桩节内浇注混凝土;在将多段桩节依次植入所述桩孔的过程中,依次焊接相邻的所述桩节,以使多根所述桩节形成钢管桩;对所述钢管桩进行稳压处理;当所述稳压处理达到预设条件后,对所述钢管桩进行预应力封桩。其有益效果在于:本方法可以避免钢管桩过长而无法进入室内的情况,同时通过焊接相邻的桩节,以提高钢管桩的整体结构强度及结构刚度,使钢管桩能够起承载作用。
