The problems that when an existing soil nailing wall is constructed, mechanical hole forming vibration is large, impact is high, disturbance and collapse of a soil body near a soil nailing hole are likely to happen, and a large cavity is formed are solved. The disturbance and collapse phenomena of a soil body near a hole opening during mechanical hole forming are reduced, large-size holes are avoided, and the slope stability is improved; materials and time for repairing the holes are saved; and the slope surface is flat and attractive.
