Electrically-driven hydraulic system and self-adaptive control method
The invention discloses an electric drive hydraulic system and a self-adaptive control method. The electric drive hydraulic system comprises a hydraulic pump, a driving motor, a motor controller, a vehicle control unit, a pressure sensor, a battery system and a hydraulic system operating mechanism. And the vehicle control unit is used for performing self-adaptive control on the driving motor-hydraulic pump based on the outlet pressure of the hydraulic pump and outputting a motor rotating speed control instruction to the motor controller. The self-adaptive control method comprises the steps that an optimal rotating speed model of a driving motor is established according to a hydraulic pump pressure interval and a corresponding motor rotating speed interval; and the built driving motor optimal rotating speed model serves as a reference model, the outlet pressure of the hydraulic pump serves as input, a motor rotating speed control instruction serves as output, and a model reference self-adaptive control algorithm is adopted to conduct self-adaptive control on the driving motor-hydraulic pump. The rotating speed of the motor can be adjusted in real time according to the actual hydraulic load to be close to the optimal rotating speed, and the purpose of reducing battery energy consumption is achieved.
本发明公开了一种电驱液压系统及自适应控制方法,该电驱液压系统包括:液压泵、驱动电机、电机控制器、整车控制器、压力传感器、电池系统和液压系统操作机构;整车控制器用于基于液压泵出口压力对驱动电机‑液压泵进行自适应控制,输出电机转速控制指令至电机控制器。该自适应控制方法为根据液压泵压力区间及对应的电机转速区间,建立驱动电机最优转速模型;以所建立的驱动电机最优转速模型为参考模型,以液压泵出口压力为输入,以电机转速控制指令为输出,采用模型参考自适应控制算法对驱动电机‑液压泵进行自适应控制。本发明能够根据实际液压负载实时调节电机转速使其趋近于最优转速,达到减少电池能量消耗的目的。
