The invention discloses an integrally assembled aluminum plate suspended ceiling and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of suspended ceiling construction. The structure specifically comprises a limiting frame, auxiliary keels and main keels, triangular grids are arranged on the inner surface of the limiting frame, each triangular grid is formed by splicing six aluminum plate beams, a triangular space is formed between every three aluminum plate beams, each aluminum plate beam is of a U-shaped structure, each aluminum plate beam is in a U shape, an opening faces upwards, and the auxiliary keels are arranged on the inner surface of the limiting frame. The center intersections of every six aluminum plate beams are connected through a suspension mechanism, the secondary keels and the main keels perpendicularly intersect to form a rectangular grid, and each suspension mechanism comprises a disc keel, a U-shaped hoop, a fixing lead screw, a crossed fixing plate, a suspension rod, a clamping piece, a fixing hole and a stabilizing piece. The stability of the whole structure is guaranteed, the application range of the structure is widened, the installation efficiency and the attractiveness degree are improved, and meanwhile the installation problem that the multiple sections of aluminum alloy beams are hoisted to one point is solved through the disc keel joints.
