According to the large-span wood beam, the main beam and the secondary beam can be correspondingly connected to form the cross beam through the semi-elliptical tenon and the tenon groove which are respectively arranged on the main beam and the secondary beam and have narrow roots and wide ends, so that the problem that the bearing capacity is reduced due to drilling on the beam is avoided, and the bearing capacity of the large-span wood beam and the integrity of a wood structure are improved. And the mortises and the tenons only need to be manufactured on the primary beam and the secondary beam in the machining process, any reinforcing pieces and connecting pieces do not need to be additionally arranged at the connecting parts, wood loss is small, and assembling materials are saved.
