The invention discloses a bottom plate construction method, and relates to the technical field of bottom plate construction. In order to solve the problem that the cushion layer is easy to settle, the method specifically comprises the following steps: base treatment: leveling and cleaning the ground; moisture-proof treatment: paving a layer of waterproof polyethylene film on the ground, then flatly paving a liner, and fixing the liner on a substrate by using an adhesive in a point coating manner; floors are laid one by one from the inside to the outside of the room according to construction requirements; after the floors are laid, the surfaces are cleaned, and the surface layers of the floors are covered and protected for 24-48 h through thin films or packaging boxes; checking and accepting the quality of the bottom plate; the ground leveling mode is self-leveling cement; and the mutual lap joint length of the interfaces of the waterproof polyethylene film is 200mm. Large-area different-degree settlement of the cement mortar layer due to increase of the load above the cement mortar layer can be avoided, the purpose of improving the strength and hardness of the base is achieved, the construction quality of the bottom plate is guaranteed, rectification and modification are convenient, and the later reworking amount can be reduced.
本发明公开了一种底板施工方法，涉及底板施工技术领域。为了解决垫层易沉降的问题，具体包括以下步骤：基底处理：对地面找平并清理；防潮处理：在地面铺一层防水聚乙烯薄膜，然后将衬垫铺平并用胶粘剂点涂固定在基底上；根据施工要求从房间内部往外逐一铺设地板：地板铺设结束后清理表面卫生，并用薄膜或包装箱对地板面层进行覆盖保护24‑48h；对底板进行质量验收；所述地面找平的方式为自流平水泥；所述防水聚乙烯薄膜的接口相互搭接长度为200mm。本发明可避免水泥砂浆层由于上方荷载增加而出现大面积的不同程度沉降，达到提高基底强硬度的目的，保证底板的施工质量，方便整改，而且可减少后期返工量。
