The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, and discloses a medical building fabricated supporting system which comprises a bottom face, wallboards arranged on the bottom face and floor slabs arranged on the wallboards, the tops of the two wallboards are jointly provided with one floor slab, and the bottom face is provided with a first supporting system for jointly supporting the two wallboards and the floor slabs. The first supporting system comprises a rectangular supporting bottom plate fixedly installed on the bottom face, and the supporting bottom plate is located under the center of the floor slab. According to the fabricated supporting system for the medical building, by arranging the first supporting system, the second supporting system and the third supporting system, the first supporting system, the second supporting system and the third supporting system are connected and supplement one another, and the supporting efficiency of the fabricated supporting system for the medical building on a floor slab is mutually promoted; therefore, the overall supporting stability of the device is improved.
