The invention discloses a concrete mixture with fair-water self-compacting performance, which is composed of the following raw materials: cement, fly ash, stone, sand, water, a water reducer and a special low-porosity auxiliary agent. The water reducing agent and the special low-porosity auxiliary agent in the raw material components are compounded and then are mixed with other raw materials to obtain the concrete mixture with the fair water self-compacting performance. The raw materials comprise, by weight, 350-380 kg/m < 3 > of cement, 70-80 kg/m < 3 > of fly ash, 850-900 kg/m < 3 > of stone, 780-820 kg/m < 3 > of sand, 200-230 kg/m < 3 > of water, 12-14 kg/m < 3 > of a water reducing agent and 2.2-2.5 kg/m < 3 > of a special low-porosity auxiliary agent. The concrete mixture with the fair-faced self-compacting performance has very excellent apparent mass, and can give full play to the decoration of fair-faced concrete; the concrete mixture is good in working performance, good in fluidity, stable in quality and free of bleeding and segregation.
