Electric sweeper and electro-hydraulic driving system thereof
The invention provides an electric sweeper and an electro-hydraulic driving system thereof. The electric sweeper comprises an upper controller, a driving assembly, a hydraulic assembly, a disc brush driving assembly and a sensor assembly. The sensor assembly is configured to collect a pressure signal of a disc brush lifting oil cylinder of a hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic assembly and a displacement feedback signal of the disc brush lifting oil cylinder of the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic assembly in real time; the upper controller is configured to control a motor of the driving assembly to drive the hydraulic assembly to operate at a torque corresponding to a preset motor target torque according to the pressure signal and the displacement feedback signal, so that closed-loop control over displacement of a disc brush lifting oil cylinder of a hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic assembly and the rotating speed of the motor is achieved; the power loss of the hydraulic assembly is reduced; and meanwhile, the driving assembly is controlled to drive the disc brush driving assembly to rotate at the target rotating speed. In addition, an electro-hydraulic driving system of an existing electric sweeper cannot avoid sweeping missing, and the problems that power loss is too high exist.
