The invention relates to a multifunctional cleaning and sweeping vehicle which comprises a vehicle body and a dust collection box arranged at the upper end of a chassis of the vehicle body and further comprises a dry suction disc, a wet suction disc and two sweeping discs, the dry suction disc is assembled below the rear end of the chassis, and a dry suction dust collection opening is formed in the upper end of the dry suction disc; the dry suction suction inlet is connected with a dust collection chamber in the dust collection box through a dry suction suction pipe, the wet suction disc is assembled below the middle of the base plate, the upper end of the wet suction disc is provided with a wet suction suction inlet, the wet suction suction inlet is connected with the dust collection chamber in the dust collection box through a wet suction suction pipe, and the two sweeping discs are assembled at the lower end of the base plate respectively. The rear end of the dust collection box is provided with an auxiliary suction pipe communicated with a dust collection chamber in the dust collection box, and the rear end of the base plate is detachably provided with a portable suction cup connected with the auxiliary suction pipe. The road sweeper has the advantages that the structural design is reasonable, the functions are diversified, corresponding functions can be reasonably started according to the road surface condition, and the good sweeping effect is achieved.
