The invention discloses a steep cliff slope reinforcing method which is used for reinforcing a steep cliff slope, the gradient of the steep cliff slope is larger than or equal to 79 degrees and smaller than or equal to 90 degrees, and the steep cliff slope reinforcing method comprises the steps that a foundation platform is erected at the slope toe of a steep cliff; a first-stage support is erected on the foundation platform; a first overhanging platform is erected on the rock wall of the steep cliff, and the first overhanging platform is located above the first-stage support; removing the first-stage bracket; a second-stage support is erected on the first cantilever platform; and anchoring the steep cliff slope while erecting the second-stage bracket. According to the technical scheme, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction efficiency is improved.
