The interlayer platform is used as an internal support of the water retaining cofferdam, the interlayer platform and the water retaining cofferdam jointly resist the water head pressure at the high water level, and meanwhile the interlayer platform is used as a ground foundation and a mechanical operation platform during soil retaining cofferdam construction; therefore, the interlayer platform is used as a mechanical construction channel, the bored pile foundation and the soil retaining cofferdam are constructed, then bearing platform construction can be carried out after precipitation, the consumption of a bored platform structure and bottom sealing concrete in the bored pile construction period is saved in the construction process, overwater construction is changed into land construction, and construction is more convenient and faster.
