The invention discloses a novel static load reaction frame for a box girder and a construction method of the novel static load reaction frame. The novel static load reaction frame comprises a plurality of buttresses arranged in two rows; the pressure-bearing structure is arranged above a to-be-tested box girder and comprises a plurality of vertical frames and connecting beams which are arranged in the same direction, each vertical frame comprises an upper beam, a lower beam and an inverted arched beam, a stand column is connected between the end of each upper beam and the end of the corresponding lower beam, the inner arc face of each inverted arched beam faces the corresponding upper beam, a plurality of vertically-arranged force transmission pieces are connected between the outer arc face of each inverted arched beam and the corresponding lower beam, and the connecting beams are connected with the vertical frames. The two ends of the inverted arched beams are connected to the intersections of the upper beams and the stand columns correspondingly, and connecting beams are connected between the ends of the upper beams of the multiple vertical frames and between the ends of the lower beams of the multiple vertical frames correspondingly. A plurality of jacking pieces, wherein the plurality of jacking pieces are arranged between each lower beam and the to-be-tested box beam; and the opposite tie bars are tied between the opposite sides of the buttresses and the connecting beams between the end parts of the upper beams of the plurality of vertical frames. The counter-force frame solves the problem that vertical deformation of the midspan and the side span of an existing counter-force frame for the bridge static load test is large.
本发明公开了一种箱梁用新型静载反力架及其施工方法,包括:成两排设置的多个支墩;设置于待测箱梁的上方的承压结构,包括同向设置的多个竖向框和连系梁,竖向框包括上梁、下梁和反拱梁,上梁和下梁的端部之间连接有立柱,反拱梁的内弧面朝向上梁设置,反拱梁的外弧面与下梁之间连接有竖向设置的多个传力件,反拱梁的两端分别连接于上梁与立柱的交汇处,多个竖向框的上梁的端部之间、多个竖向框的下梁的端部之间分别连接有连系梁;多个顶升件,每一个下梁与待测箱梁之间垫设有多个顶升件;对拉筋,拉结于支墩的相背侧与多个竖向框的上梁的端部之间的连系梁之间。本发明解决了现有的桥梁静载试验用的反力架的跨中及边跨的竖向变形较大的问题。
