The invention relates to an airport cement concrete pavement disease early warning method and system, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the automatic detection and manual inspection of a to-be-detected block, and obtaining a pavement apparent disease detection result; calculating a deduction value of each pavement apparent disease according to a detection result; calculating a pavement apparent damage comprehensive reduction value according to the deduction value; calculating the void rate of the to-be-tested block; calculating a pavement damage state index according to the pavement apparent damage comprehensive reduction value and the void rate; and comparing the pavement damage state index with a preset grade threshold value, determining a pavement damage state grade, and if the grade meets a preset alarm requirement, sending out a corresponding airport pavement disease early warning. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that according to the pavement disease detection result obtained through an automatic detection means, the pavement appearance damage type is divided and simplified, the pavement damage state is quantified, the relation with the current pavement condition evaluation index is established, and an evaluation and early warning scheme suitable for automatic detection is obtained.
