The preparation method of the hydrated calcium silicate early strength agent comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing calcined clay and calcium hydroxide according to a mass ratio alpha of calcium hydroxide to calcined clay of 0.35 < = alpha < = 1, adding water and a water reducer, reacting at 40-60 DEG C to obtain a product, crushing the product, drying in vacuum, and finally grinding to obtain the hydrated calcium silicate early strength agent. The in-situ synthesized hydrated calcium aluminosilicate early strength agent is prepared. The hydrated calcium aluminosilicate early strength agent prepared by the invention is used as an early strength agent of a cementing material, and the early strength of the cementing material can be remarkably enhanced. In addition, the technological process is simple, and the method has a great positive effect on reduction of emission of solid waste.
本发明公开了一种原位合成的水化硅铝酸钙早强剂及其制备方法和应用。所述水化硅酸酸钙早强即的制备方法包括如下步骤:将煅烧粘土和氢氧化钙混匀,氢氧化钙与煅烧粘土的质量比α应满足:0.35≤α≤1,加入水和减水剂,在40~60℃下进行反应,反应结束后得到产物,产物经破碎后真空干燥,最后粉磨,即制备得到所述原位合成水化硅铝酸钙早强剂。本发明制备得到的水化硅铝酸钙早强剂作为胶凝材料的早强剂使用,能显著增强其早期强度。另外,本发明工艺流程简单,对减少固体废弃物的排放有极大积极作用。
