One of an oil inlet path and an oil outlet path of the grab bucket supporting winch motor driving assembly and the grab bucket opening and closing winch motor driving assembly is provided with a balance valve, and the other oil inlet path and the oil outlet path are connected with a control port of the balance valve; the first power source drives the first pump set and the second pump set simultaneously, and the second power source drives the third pump set and the fourth pump set simultaneously. According to the invention, stable operation of the dredger can be realized.
