The invention relates to the technical field of locks, and discloses a lock body structure and a door. The middle of the spring bolt is rotationally arranged in the shell, and the outer end of the spring bolt can rotate to the outside of the shell under the action of the magnet; the driving assembly comprises a first shifting piece and a second shifting piece which are coaxially and rotatably arranged in the shell, a first shifting rod which can abut against the inner side of the inner end of the spring bolt is arranged on the periphery of the first shifting piece, and a locking rod which can abut against the outer side of the inner end of the spring bolt and is bent inwards is arranged on the periphery of the second shifting piece; a first sliding block and an arc-shaped first sliding groove which are assembled together in a sliding mode are arranged on the opposite sides of the second shifting piece and the first shifting piece. The first spring is arranged in the shell and can apply acting force to the second shifting piece, so that the locking rod tightly abuts against the outer side of the inner end of the spring bolt; and the periphery of the peach shifting assembly is in meshing transmission with the periphery of the first shifting piece. When the lock body structure is applied to a door, the spring bolt can be sucked out by an external magnet during locking, and matching of an internal structure of the lock body is not needed, so that noise during locking of the door can be reduced to a certain extent.
