The hollow microbead matrix layer and the anti-radiation hydrophobic and oleophobic film on the surface layer of the door and window frame prevent thermal radiation of the atmospheric environment from invading the enclosure structure, heat flow entering mass points is reduced and blocked, and conduction of the heat flow entering the mass points is further blocked through the hollow microbead matrix, the heat insulation core and the hollow microbead broken bridge aluminum heat insulation strips. A cold and hot bridge of the metal door and window frame is remarkably reduced, outside heat in summer is prevented from invading indoors, indoor heat in winter is prevented from flowing outdoors, and the heat insulation performance, the sound insulation performance, the weather resistance and the antifouling performance of the plastic steel door and window frame are improved.
