According to the reinforcing construction technology for the pipe-jacking dike-penetrating section, the dike reinforcing mode is that jacking and reinforcing are conducted at the same time, namely, grouting holes are embedded in steel pipes, and when pipe joints of the embedded grouting holes reach the reinforcing position of a dike, grouting is started; grouting is started immediately after the jacking pipe is jacked by one section; the grouting sequence is as follows: the grouting is sequentially carried out backwards from the first section of pipe; when the cement paste of the previous section of pipe is pressed and injected, the mud jacking hole of the subsequent pipe section is opened, so that the excrement contact mud in the original pipeline overflows from the mud jacking hole of the subsequent pipe section under the pressure of the cement paste, and when the cement paste overflows from the subsequent grouting hole and reaches a certain pressing and injecting pressure, the pressing and injecting of the cement paste of the front section of pipe can be stopped; it is ensured that the excrement touching mud is completely replaced; when the jacking pipe is jacked into the area, the pipeline is communicated to the inner side of the jacking pipe, and jacking and pressure drop synchronous construction are carried out at the same time; according to the technology, the operation efficiency is greatly improved, the construction period of the sea drainage pipeline is shortened, and the construction quality is guaranteed.
一种顶管穿堤段加固施工工艺,堤坝加固方式为边顶进边加固即钢管预埋注浆孔,当预埋注浆孔管节到达大堤加固位置时,开始注浆;顶管顶进一节后应立即开始注浆;注浆顺序如下:从第一节管依次向后进行;压注前一节管水泥浆时,应将后续管节的压浆孔开启,使原有管路中的触便泥浆在水泥浆的压力下从后续管节压浆孔内溢出,直至后续注浆孔内冒出水泥浆,并达到一定的压注压力时,方可停止前段管水泥浆的压注,确保将触便泥浆全部置换;在顶管顶进至该区域时,将管道连通到顶管内侧,边顶进边压降同步施工;其工艺大大提高了作业效率,缩短了排海管道的施工工期,保证了施工质量。
