The invention relates to the field of ceramic materials, in particular to a wear-resistant ceramic material and a manufacturing process. The ceramic container has the beneficial effects that the inner wall of the ceramic container can be further heated, so that the overall structure of the ceramic container is more stable. Comprising the following steps: S1, weighing various raw materials according to a formula proportion, and removing impurities and moisture from the raw materials; s2, sintering the raw materials in a crucible to obtain powder; s3, crushing and grinding the powder obtained after sintering to lay a good foundation for uniform performance of formed ceramic; s4, preparing the powder into a blank, and heating and shaping the blank to form a ceramic container; s5, the ceramic container is placed on a heating device, and the inner wall of the ceramic container is further heated through a flexible heating pipe on the heating device; and S6, taking down the ceramic container after the ceramic container is cooled. The raw materials comprise nano aluminum oxide, kaolin, titanium diboride fibers, ceramic fibers, silicon carbide, quartz sand and a binding agent.
