The invention relates to double-color fluorescent ceramic. The double-color fluorescent ceramic comprises a red fluorescent ceramic layer and a green fluorescent ceramic layer which are combined through co-firing. The invention also relates to a synthesis method of the two-color fluorescent ceramic and an LED device comprising the two-color fluorescent ceramic. The double-color fluorescent powder in the double-color fluorescent ceramic is uniformly distributed in the two layers, and the interface problem does not exist between the two layers, so that the light emitting effect and the reliability of a device are improved, and the spectrum is convenient to adjust.
