The invention provides a construction method of a prefabricated bridge expansion joint, which comprises the following steps of: prefabricating a profile steel assembly, a longitudinal connecting steel bar, edge covering angle steel, a leveling spring, a transverse steel bar and high-strength concrete in a factory, directly embedding a pre-embedded threaded sleeve into a beam body when prefabricating a main beam, and plugging an end protection bolt into the exposed top end of the pre-embedded threaded sleeve; the whole expansion joint is divided into a plurality of independent prefabricated expansion joint units according to the actual installation length. When the expansion joint is installed on site, the end protection bolts are removed, the prefabricated expansion joint units are sequentially and integrally placed into the notches, the prefabricated expansion joint and the beam body are connected through the high-strength bolts, after leveling is conducted through the leveling springs, high-strength binding agents are poured, and after the binding agents are completely solidified, the water stop structure is installed. The whole structure is prefabricated in a factory, and the concrete curing time and strength can be effectively guaranteed. Leveling is carried out on site only through the leveling spring, the precision is greatly improved, edge concrete is effectively prevented from being damaged through the edge covering angle steel, and the service life of the expansion joint is prolonged.
本发明提供了一种预制装配式桥梁伸缩缝的施工方法,型钢组件、纵向连接钢筋、包边角钢、调平弹簧、横穿钢筋、高强度混凝土在工厂内完成预制,预埋螺纹套筒在预制主梁时直接埋入梁体,其外露顶端塞入端头保护栓,整体伸缩缝根据实际安装长度分成若干个独立的预制伸缩缝单元;现场安装伸缩缝时,去除端头保护栓,依次将预制伸缩缝单元整体放入槽口中,通过高强度螺栓使得预制伸缩缝与梁体连接,经过调平弹簧调平后,灌入高强度粘结剂,待粘结剂完全固化后,安装止水结构。整体结构在工厂内预制能够有效保证混凝土养护时间及强度。现场只需通过调平弹簧进行调平,精度大大提高,包边角钢有效避免了边缘混凝土的损坏,提高了伸缩缝运行寿命。
