The invention discloses an abutment back backfill sand anti-collapse treatment method for a reconstructed and expanded abutment, which comprises the following steps of: 1) manufacturing a supporting steel plate and fixing the supporting steel plate on the abutment back side, 2) drilling a grouting hole and pressing a grouting pipe, 3) completely plugging the side surface of a half-width abutment which is opened with a vehicle by using cement mortar, 4) grouting the grouting pipes one by one, and 5) filling the grouting pipes into the grouting holes. And (5) abutment back backfill sand anti-collapse treatment of the other half abutment is completed. The construction cost is greatly reduced, the backfill sand is effectively prevented from collapsing, the construction efficiency and the construction quality are remarkably improved, and the pavement flatness and the vehicle passing safety are improved.
本发明公开了改扩建桥台的台背回填砂防塌陷治理方法,包括以下步骤:1)制作支撑钢板并将支撑钢板固定在台背侧上,2)钻注浆孔、压入注浆管,3)在已通车半幅桥台侧面外使用水泥砂浆完全封堵,4)对各注浆管逐一注浆,5)完成另半幅桥台的台背回填砂防塌陷治理。本发明大大降低了施工成本,有效地防止回填砂塌陷,显著提高了施工效率和施工质量,提高了路面的平整度和车辆通过的安全性。
