A prefabricated combined type composite wallboard based on mixed connection is formed by connecting a plurality of prefabricated combined type composite wallboard units. Each unit comprises a reinforced concrete frame, the reinforced concrete frame is filled with ecological blocks, the top of the reinforced concrete frame is a wallboard top H-shaped steel beam, the bottom of the reinforced concrete frame is a wallboard bottom H-shaped steel beam, the left side and the right side of the reinforced concrete frame are open type steel columns, and webs of the open type steel columns are connected with the left side face and the right side face of the reinforced concrete frame to form a whole. Openings of the opening type steel columns face the side away from the reinforced concrete sash, and bolt holes in the thickness direction of the wallboard are formed in the steel plates on the two sides of the openings. A lower flange plate of the wallboard bottom H-shaped steel beam of the upper prefabricated combined type composite wallboard unit is connected with an upper flange plate of the wallboard top H-shaped steel beam of the lower prefabricated combined type composite wallboard unit in a welded mode, concrete is poured, and the steel-reinforced concrete ring beam embedded with the double-layer H-shaped steel beam is formed.
