The method comprises the steps that construction paying-off is conducted, the construction range of an enclosure structure is determined, and enough construction distance is reserved; the reserved reinforcing steel bars of the structure are subjected to rust removal and drying treatment, and laitance on the foundation surface of the construction range of the enclosure structure is removed and swept to be flat; each structural reserved steel bar is wrapped with a flexible film, and the bottom base face of each structural reserved steel bar is sealed with waterproof paint; building enclosure masonry around the structure reserved steel bars, wherein the building height is higher than the top ends of the structure reserved steel bars by a certain distance; the enclosure masonry is backfilled with aggregate, and the structure reserved steel bars wrapped with the flexible films are covered with the aggregate; a prefabricated cover plate covers the enclosure masonry; and waterproof mortar is smeared on the outer surfaces of the enclosure masonry and the prefabricated cover plate, and meanwhile joint filling treatment is conducted. The structure reserved steel bar can not be rusted for a long time and is not prone to being damaged by external force, cleaning is convenient in later use, construction operation is easy, and cost is low.
本发明公开一种结构预留钢筋保护方法及结构，方法包括：施工放线，确定围护结构的施作范围，预留足够施工距离；对结构预留钢筋进行除锈、干燥处理，对围护结构施作范围基面浮浆进行清除、清扫，使其平整；采用柔性薄膜对每根结构预留钢筋进行包裹，采用防水涂料密封结构预留钢筋底部基面；围绕结构预留钢筋四周砌筑围护砌体，砌筑高度高于结构预留钢筋顶端一定距离；围护砌体内回填集配砂石，通过集配砂石将包裹了柔性薄膜的结构预留钢筋盖住；围护砌体上盖预制盖板；在围护砌体及预制盖板外表面抹防水砂浆，同时进行填缝处理。本发明可使结构预留钢筋长时间不发生锈蚀且不易被外力破坏，后期使用便于清理，施工操作简易，成本较为低廉。
