The invention discloses a road performance data acquisition terminal based on the Internet of Things, and relates to the technical field of information acquisition of the Internet of Things, and the terminal comprises an image acquisition system which comprises a high-definition camera device used for road surface image acquisition and a driving mechanism used for driving the camera device to move; an image processing unit that acquires road performance in a foreground region of the acquired image; the control unit is used for comparing the road performance image with a pre-stored road performance image to determine the type of the road performance, and the camera device and the control unit are respectively connected with the image processing unit; and the data transmission module is used for transmitting the acquired, analyzed and processed road performance data to a server and a management platform, and the data transmission module is connected with the image processing unit. According to the road performance data acquisition terminal, the road performance information of the current road section can be obtained, and support and basis are provided for road management and maintenance.
