Ultrasonic-assisted method for preparing calcium oxide partially-stabilized zirconia ceramic
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic preparation, and relates to a method for ultrasonic-assisted preparation of calcium oxide partially stabilized zirconia ceramic. Zirconia is used as a main raw material, high-purity calcium oxide is used as a doping phase for mixing, and the partially stabilized zirconia ceramic is obtained under the action of ultrasonic mixing and microwave-assisted calcination. The method comprises the following steps: a, doping zirconium oxide split into 200-300-mesh zirconium oxide, mixing according to the ratio of 1: 0.3, 1: 0.5 and 1: 0.7, and adding deionized water with the liquid-solid ratio of 30: 1, 40: 1 and 50: 1; and b, putting the mixed liquid into ultrasonic waves with the frequency of 1-5 megahertz, mixing for 5-7 hours, and drying at 75-85 DEG C for 24-28 hours. And d, calcining the dried powder in a microwave oven at the temperature of 900-1300 DEG C for 1-5 hours, cooling along with the furnace, and taking out to obtain a partially stabilized zirconia ceramic finished product. By exploring a new method and a new means, production process parameters are adjusted, and control over the performance of the partially stable zirconium oxide is achieved.
