Corrosion prevention method for steel bars of concrete foundation of power transmission tower in salinized soil environment
The invention relates to a steel bar corrosion prevention method and structure for a power transmission tower concrete foundation in a salinized soil environment. An induction coil is placed on a high-voltage power transmission line, the two ends of the coil are connected with a rectifier bridge circuit, the cathode output end of the rectifier bridge circuit is connected to a corresponding power transmission tower foot through a copper wire, and the anode output end is connected with an auxiliary anode; the auxiliary anodes are placed around the tower foot of the power transmission tower, and the tower foot of the power transmission tower and the auxiliary anodes form a closed loop through soil. Self-energy taking is achieved based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, the detection coil generates induced electromotive force in a changing magnetic field around a high-voltage transmission line to serve as a power source for impressed current cathode protection, protection voltage is adjusted by designing reasonable coil size, distance and the like, and therefore control over tower foot steel bar protection current is controlled; the consumption rate of the auxiliary anode is reduced, and long-term protection of corrosion of the steel bars of the power transmission tower concrete foundation is achieved. The method has good economic benefits and environmental benefits.
本发明涉及一种盐渍土环境下输电铁塔混凝土基础钢筋防腐方法和结构,将感应线圈放置在高压输电线上,线圈两端与整流桥电路相连,将整流桥电路的负极输出端通过铜导线连入相应的输电塔塔脚,正极输出端连接一辅助阳极,所述辅助阳极放置在所述输电塔塔脚周围,所述输电塔塔脚与辅助阳极通过土壤形成闭合回路。本发明基于电磁感应的原理实现自取能,检测线圈在高压输电线周围变化的磁场中产生感生电动势来充当外加电流阴极保护的电源,通过设计合理的线圈尺寸、距离等方式实现保护电压的调节,从而控制塔脚钢筋保护电流的控制,减小辅助阳极的消耗速率,实现输电铁塔混凝土基础钢筋的腐蚀的长期防护。具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。
