The device comprises a shell, a crankshaft, a fixing frame, a fixed mill and a screen are arranged in the shell, a driven gear, a second driving bevel gear and a rotating sleeve are arranged on the outer surface of the crankshaft, a first driving bevel gear and a cam are arranged at the end of the crankshaft, a push-pull rod and a rotating shaft are arranged at the top of the fixing frame, and a second driven bevel gear is arranged at the top of the rotating shaft; a piston rod can be driven to move up and down after a movable rod moves up and down, so that a piston plate does piston movement in a piston cylinder, a water pumping pipe pumps water in a water tank, the water is sprayed out through a water conveying pipe and a spray head, sprayed water mist can achieve the purpose of reducing dust of volatile dust in a feeding pipe, dust is prevented from being volatilized out, and the working environment is improved; and secondly, the cement waste can be wetted by the water mist, so that the situation that the hardness and the strength of internal crushing parts are reduced due to long-term working heating is avoided.
本发明公开了一种建筑内墙水泥涂抹用回收装置,涉及建筑工程领域。本发明包括壳体,壳体的内部分别设有曲轴、固定架、固定磨和筛网,曲轴的外表面分别设有从动齿轮、第二主动锥齿和转套,曲轴的端部分别设有第一主动锥齿和凸轮,固定架的顶部分别设有推拉杆和旋转轴,旋转轴的顶端设有第二从动锥齿,本发明在活动杆上下运动后能够带动活塞杆上下运动,进而使得活塞板在活塞筒内做活塞运动,抽水管抽取水箱内的水,水再通过输水管和喷头喷出,喷出的水雾可对进料管内挥散粉尘起到降尘的目的,避免灰尘挥散出来,改善了工作环境,二来水雾可对水泥废料进行湿润,这样避免内部粉碎零部件因长期工作发热而降低硬度和强度的情况发生。
