The invention discloses a concrete pavement patching material and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of pavement patching. The repairing material comprises the following raw materials in parts by volume: 25-35 parts of a first lightweight aggregate, 5-15 parts of a second lightweight aggregate and 55-65 parts of an epoxy adhesive, the first lightweight aggregate is hydrophobic modified ceramsite with the average particle size of 5-10 mm and the apparent density of 0.5-0.7 g/cm < 3 >, and the second lightweight aggregate is hydrophobic modified ceramsite with the average particle size of 10-20 mm and the apparent density of 0.5-0.7 g/cm < 3 >. By utilizing the characteristic that the apparent density of the lightweight aggregate is lower than that of an epoxy adhesive, the bulk density of the surface aggregate is increased and the proportion of the bottom adhesive is increased due to spontaneous movement generated by buoyancy during use, so that the pit slot filling effects of increasing the surface strength and hardness and firmly bonding the bottom are achieved, and meanwhile, effective pouring of cracks at the bottom of the pit slot is realized; the pavement repairing function of pit slot repairing and fine crack pouring reinforcement is achieved, and the repairing service life is remarkably prolonged.
本发明公开了一种混凝土路面修补材料及其应用,属于路面修补技术领域。该修补材料包括如下体积比原料:轻骨料一25~35份、轻骨料二5~15份和环氧胶黏剂55~65份,轻骨料一为平均粒径为5~10mm、表观密度为0.5~0.7g/cm3的疏水改性陶粒,轻骨料二为平均粒径为10~20mm、表观密度为0.5~0.7g/cm3的疏水改性陶粒。本发明利用轻骨料表观密度低于环氧胶黏剂的特性,使用时由浮力产生的自发运动使得表面骨料堆积密度增大,底部胶黏剂比例增大,达到表面强度和硬度增加、底部粘接牢固的坑槽填充效果,同时实现对坑槽底部裂缝的有效灌注,兼具坑槽修补和细微裂缝灌注补强的路面修补功能,显著增强修补寿命。
