High-fluidity foam concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of foam concrete, and particularly discloses high-fluidity foam concrete and a preparation method thereof. The high-fluidity foam concrete comprises cement, fly ash, slag, ground powder, silica fume, a water reducing agent, a foam stabilizer, a foaming agent and water. The water reducing agent is a composite water reducing agent of a phosphorus-containing monomer and has the effects of reducing viscosity and improving strength; the ground powder is limestone powder and can be used for filling cement gaps together with other powdery admixtures, so that the fluidity is improved; the preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring cement, fly ash and other powdery materials to obtain a dry mixture, adding the water reducer and water, continuously stirring to obtain an initial mixture, adding foam which is formed by a foaming machine and accounts for 20-30% of the total volume into the initial mixture, stirring at a low speed for a period of time, adding the remaining foam, stirring at a high speed, finally injecting into a mold, and molding to obtain the concrete. The high-fluidity foam concrete is obtained. The foam concrete prepared by the invention has the advantages of full slurry, high fluidity and high strength.
