The invention discloses an anti-seepage and anti-leakage material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and the anti-seepage and anti-leakage material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 200 to 240 parts of epoxy cement, 830 to 940 parts of fine aggregate, 950 to 1100 parts of coarse aggregate, 120 to 180 parts of anti-seepage agent and 220 to 280 parts of water, compared with an existing anti-seepage and anti-leakage material, the anti-seepage agent has good mechanical strength after single-component polyurea is modified through cyclohexanone, the anti-seepage and anti-leakage material composed of the anti-seepage agent and epoxy cement can adapt to the water body scouring and corrosion environment, and the overall mechanical strength is also improved; the prepared concrete is used for dam building construction and is stable in performance, high in strength and good in impermeability and corrosion resistance.
本发明公开了一种防渗防漏材料及制备方法和应用,其中防渗防漏材料,按重量份计,包括以下组分:200‑240份环氧水泥、830‑940份细骨料、950‑1100份粗骨料、120‑180份防渗剂和220‑280份水;相比现有的防渗防漏材料,本发明防渗剂由单组分聚脲经环己酮改性后具有良好的机械强度,与环氧水泥组成的防渗防漏材料,不但可适应水体冲刷、腐蚀的环境,整体机械强度也有提升;制备得到的混凝土用于水坝建筑施工,性能稳定,强度高,抗渗、抗腐蚀性能好。
