Unshaped refractory material and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses an unshaped refractory material, which is prepared from 60 to 85 parts of aggregate, 20 to 40 parts of powder, 12.5 to 16 parts of composite binding agent and 0.5 to 2 parts of additive, the aggregate comprises 20-35 parts of high bauxite, 10-30 parts of magnesium aluminate spinel, 10-15 parts of alumina powder, 5-20 parts of silica powder and 3-8 parts of silica powder, the powder contains more than 10% by mass and less than 35% by mass of MgO, and in the powder, the total mass percent of aluminate cement and aluminum dihydrogen phosphate is more than 90% relative to the total mass percent of the powder which is 100%. The admixture is fused quartz particles and is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 4%-6% of fused quartz sand with the granularity of 0.3-0.2 mm. According to the unshaped refractory material and the preparation process thereof, the high-temperature resistance of the refractory material is ensured by taking the high-alumina bauxite, the magnesium aluminate spinel and the alumina powder as aggregates, and meanwhile, the red mud, the limestone and the aluminum ash are used as raw materials, so that the preparation cost of the material is greatly reduced, and the practical value of preparation of the material is increased.
