High-thermal-conductivity graphite film and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a graphite film with high thermal conductivity. The graphite film is obtained by carbonizing, graphitizing and sintering a polyimide film, the polyimide film comprises the following raw materials: a polyamide acid solution and aminated filler, wherein the aminated filler is composed of aminated diamond and aminated graphite powder. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the high-thermal-conductivity graphite film. The polyimide-based graphite film has the characteristics of high foaming rate and good flexibility, not only has high in-plane thermal conductivity, but also has relatively high interlayer thermal conductivity, can be applied to heat storage and heat dissipation modules in the fields of 5G, smart phones, tablet personal computers and the like, enhances the heat dissipation effect of components, improves the operation efficiency and prolongs the service life.
