The invention relates to a forming method of a thin-wall curved surface quartz/quartz antenna window, which is characterized by comprising the following steps of: 1, pretreating quartz fiber cloth by adopting a mode of combining acetone soaking and air atmosphere heat treatment so as to remove an organic impregnating compound on the surface of quartz fiber; step 2, cutting the quartz fiber cloth in the length and width directions according to the length and width dimensions of the thin-wall curved surface quartz/quartz antenna window to form quartz fiber prefabricated cloth for laying the antenna window; step 3, adding the chopped quartz fiber into the silica sol, soaking for more than 1 hour, and fully stirring to obtain a chopped quartz fiber modified silica sol solution; according to the invention, the quartz fiber cloth is used as a reinforcement body to replace a traditional fiber woven body, so that the material cost is reduced, the dipping-curing-pyrolysis cycle period is short, and the process cost is reduced while high-efficiency molding is realized.
本发明是一种薄壁曲面石英/石英天线窗的成型方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:步骤一、采用丙酮浸泡与空气氛围热处理相结合的方式对石英纤维布进行预处理,以除去石英纤维表面的有机浸润剂;步骤二、根据薄壁曲面石英/石英天线窗的长宽尺寸对石英纤维布长度及宽度方向进行裁剪,形成用于天线窗铺层的石英纤维预制布;步骤三、将短切石英纤维加入硅溶胶中,浸泡1小时以上并充分搅拌得到短切石英纤维改性硅溶胶溶液;本发明采用石英纤维布作为增强体,取代了传统的纤维编织体,降低了材料成本,浸渍‑固化‑热解循环周期少,高效率成型同时降低工艺成本。
