Maleic anhydride, 1-allyl piperazine, trimethylolpropane monoallyl ether, DMF and anhydrous aluminum chloride are subjected to an esterification reaction to synthesize a functional small monomer, then the small monomer and a large monomer allyl-cyclodextrin and unsaturated fatty acid are subjected to aqueous solution copolymerization under initiation of an initiator, and the green and environment-friendly cement grinding aid is obtained. The green and environment-friendly cement grinding aid prepared by the invention can reduce the screen residue value of cement, increase the specific surface area of the cement, effectively reduce the content of large-size particles of the cement and over-grinding of the cement, and remarkably increase the content of fine particles playing a decisive role in the strength of the cement, and is obviously superior to a small-molecule grinding aid; the green and environment-friendly cement grinding aid prepared by the invention can remarkably improve the flexural and compressive strength of cement in the early stage and the later stage, has no adverse effect on various properties of the cement, and can be safely applied to production.
本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体关于一种绿色环保型水泥助磨剂的制备方法;本发明采用马来酸酐、1‑烯丙基哌嗪、三羟甲基丙烷单烯丙基醚、DMF、无水氯化铝进行酯化反应合成功能性小单体,后将小单体与大单体烯丙基‑环糊精、不饱和脂肪酸,在引发剂下引发进行水溶液共聚,得到绿色环保型水泥助磨剂;本发明制备的绿色环保型水泥助磨剂,可以降低水泥的筛余值,增大水泥比表面积,能有效减少水泥大尺寸颗粒含量和水泥的过粉磨,显著增加对水泥强度起决定性作用的的细颗粒含量,明显优于小分子助磨剂;本发明制备的绿色环保型水泥助磨剂,可以显著提高水泥在早期、后期的抗折抗压强度,对水泥的各项性能无不良影响,可以安全地应用于生产中。
