The invention provides a solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that firstly, a polyether macromonomer, water, an active exciting agent and an oxidizing agent are mixed to serve as a base material; then taking an unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer as a material A and an aqueous solution of a chain transfer agent and a reducing agent as a material B, simultaneously dropwise adding the material A and the material B into the base material under a heating condition, after dropwise adding is finished, carrying out a heat preservation reaction, and adding caustic soda flakes for neutralization to obtain a polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother solution; transferring the polycarboxylate superplasticizer mother liquor into a primary devolatilization device, and devolatilizing under a heating condition; transferring into a secondary mixing device, and adding a drying agent; and finally transferring into a slicing device to obtain a solid polycarboxylic acid water reducer finished product with the water content of less than 3% and the solid content of more than 97%. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method is simple, the production energy consumption is low, and the product performance is excellent.
本发明提供了一种固体聚羧酸减水剂及其制备方法,首先,将聚醚大单体、水、活性激发剂和氧化剂混合,作为底料;然后不饱和羧酸类单体作为A料,链转移剂和还原剂的水溶液作为B料,加热条件下,A料和B料同时滴加到底料中,滴加结束后保温反应,加入片碱中和,得到聚羧酸减水剂母液;然后将聚羧酸减水剂母液转入一级脱挥装置,加热条件下脱挥;然后转入二级混合装置,加入干燥剂;最后转入切片装置,得到固体聚羧酸减水剂成品,含水率<3%,聚羧酸减水剂固含>97%。与现有技术相比,本发明制备方法简单,生产能耗较低、产品性能优异。
