Top plate sectional type turnout shock absorber
The top plate sectional type turnout shock absorber comprises a top plate, the top plate is arranged in a bottom plate, and the top plate and the bottom plate are fixed into a whole through a vulcanized rubber layer; the top plates are of a split type structure, and every two adjacent top plates are connected through an annular inclined face and the bottom plate. Transverse retaining walls are arranged at the positions, on the connecting faces of the adjacent annular inclined faces, of the bottom plate, the transverse retaining walls and the top plate are mutually restrained through rubber layers, and transverse rigidity is provided through lateral compression deformation of the two adjacent rubber layers. The transverse rigidity of the shock absorber is mainly provided by lateral compression deformation between the rubber layers, and compared with the prior art, the transverse rigidity of the shock absorber can be doubled. A bottom plate transverse retaining wall structure is adopted to replace a connecting plate and is integrally formed with the bottom plate; the rigidity performance is reliable, the stable vibration reduction performance can be provided, and the service life of a product can be prolonged. According to the turnout shock absorber, firm anchoring between the turnout shock absorber and a sleeper and between the turnout shock absorber and a turnout iron base plate is achieved, meanwhile, smaller vertical rigidity can be achieved, and it is guaranteed that the turnout shock absorber has a higher shock absorption effect.
本发明提出了顶板分段式道岔减振器,包括顶板,所述顶板设置于底板中,所述顶板和底板间通过硫化的橡胶层固定于一体;顶板为分体式结构,相邻两个顶板间通过环状斜面与底板连接;相邻的环状斜面连接面的底板处设置有横向挡墙,横向挡墙与顶板通过橡胶层相互约束,由相邻两层橡胶层的侧向压缩变形来提供横向刚度。其减振器的横向刚度主要由橡胶层间的侧向压缩变形来提供,较现有技术可提高一倍。采用底板横向挡墙结替代连接板,且与底板一体成型;其刚度性能可靠,可提供稳定的减振性能,并可延长产品的使用寿命。本发明实现了道岔减振器与轨枕、道岔铁垫板之间牢靠锚固的同时可实现更小的垂向刚度,保证了道岔减振器具有更高的减振效果。
