The invention relates to an urban red-light-free comprehensive overpass. The invention relates to the technical field of transportation hub node engineering. The third technical problem is that the red light is a stubborn disease in the traffic field and hinders passing of pedestrians and vehicles. On a cross road of a city block, people and vehicles run in a mixed mode, traffic accidents occur frequently, and vehicles run slowly. According to the fourth technical scheme, barrier-free passing of a left-turn traffic lane, a right-side road left-turn traffic lane in the vertical direction and an opposite road straight traffic lane is completed on extension lines in four crossed directions of an urban road. The five technical characteristics and purposes are as follows: the overpass can realize barrier-free rapid passing of vehicles and pedestrians in all directions on two-way four-lane crisscrossed cross roads and streets, and the occupied area of the overpass is one tenth of that of the existing comprehensive overpass. The urban red-light-free comprehensive overpass is divided into three layers, wherein the first layer is a layer through which left-turning lanes and longitudinal straight lanes pass in four directions of an overpass road; the ground layer is a pedestrian and non-motor vehicle passing layer. And the second ground layer is a right-turning lane layer in four directions of the flyover road and a straight lane layer in the transverse road of the flyover.
