The invention relates to a multi-stage buffering inhaul cable damping support which comprises an upper cover plate, an upper seat plate, a support body, a lower seat plate, a lower cover plate, anchor bolts, SMA inhaul cables, CFRP inhaul cables and inhaul cable hole channels. The SMA inhaul cable and the CFRP inhaul cable penetrate through reserved inhaul cable hole channels in the upper base plate and the lower base plate of the support, and the ends of the SMA inhaul cable and the ends of the CFRP inhaul cable are connected through connectors to form a closed ring shape. The free path of the SMA inhaul cable is smaller than that of the CFRP inhaul cable, when the earthquake vibration intensity is small, the two inhaul cables do not work, and the inertia force of the upper structure is transmitted only through the support body; when the earthquake vibration intensity reaches medium, the SMA inhaul cable begins to work, dissipates part of energy and inhibits rapid growth of bridge earthquake response; when strong impact occurs, the SMA inhaul cable and the CFRP inhaul cable play a role at the same time, and the excessive displacement of the pier beam is limited. After an earthquake, the support can achieve self-resetting under the action of the superelastic SMA inhaul cable, and residual displacement is reduced.
