The connecting plate (2) bears the load transmitted from the cable clamp (1) and transmits the load to the base (3); the base (3) bears the load from the connecting plate (2) and transmits the load to the foundation (5); the base (3) comprises an upper support plate (31) and a lower support plate (32), the contact face of the upper support plate (31) and the lower support plate (32) is an arc, and the radius of the arc of the contact face of the upper support plate (31) is larger than that of the lower support plate (32). Compared with the prior art, different steel combinations are adopted, and the material advantages are fully exerted; the upper support plate, the lower support plate, the contact surface and the periphery form bayonets to achieve joint rotation and avoid disengagement.
